THE SALE OF THIS PUREBRED AMERICAN BULLDOG IS MADE
       UPON THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:


   1.  The total purchase price is $1,000.00  With a $400.00 deposit that is
non-refundable.   No exceptions 
   2.  Puppy will come with ABA and/or NKC registrations.
   3.  To the best of the seller’s knowledge and belief, this puppy is in good
sound health, free from symptoms of contagious and infectious diseases
at the time of sale. No further health guarantee is made or implied.  If the
buyer believes this puppy to be sick the animal should be taken to a
veterinarian of the buyer’s choice.  A one year after sale Replacement
Guarantee is given for any condition that caused your puppy to expire,
which dates from the prenatal stage only.  A notarized Veterinarian Report
with findings stating, to a medical certainly, that the death was caused
from the prenatal state will be required. Buyer must send the notarized
Vet’s report by registered mail along with all of the puppy’s medical
records.  Seller’s Veterinarian must confirm and agree with the diagnosis.
Guarantee will only consist of a replacement puppy of the same gender
from the next available litter.  Replacement Guarantee will be terminated if
puppy was abused, neglected or does not have up to date records of
vaccinations and fecal records.
   4.  The seller assumes no responsibility for medical expenses, morality,
landlord’s disapproval, allergy or any other undesirable circumstances
once the dog has left the seller’s premises.
   5.  If at any time the buyer can no longer keep the dog, the buyer agrees to
return the dog to the seller.  The seller reserves the right to keep or sell
the dog.
   6.  The size a puppy will grow to, as an adult, is only an estimate based on
seller’s experience and traits recognition.  No guarantees are made as to
adult size.
   7.  Umbilical hernias must be certified by a veterinarian, to be currently life
threatening and to have rendered the puppy unfit for purchase, in order for
surgical repair reimbursement consideration.
   8.  Any disputes will be litigated in Windham County, CT at the buyer’s
expense.
