We love the fact that you continue to stay in touch with us and are extemely knowledgeable of the American Bulldog breed. We could not have asked for a better breeder and puppy. It took us a while researching and locating a breeder, but in the end it was all worth it. We can not show our appreciation enough to you. We have always grown up with the small breed dogs, but have absolutely no regrets with the American Bulldog. Dozer is a smart, loyal and loving dog. We would like you to keep us in mind when having another litter. Dozer may need a sister.

Hi Wendy & Jay, It's been a pleasure doing business with you & Thank You for Fred. He is exactly what we hoped for, he is strong, smart, playful and most of all great with our family. If anyone visits this site is not sure of buying a dog from a kennel you can't visit, let me reassure you that LABD is not a dog kennel they are a dog home. We had the pleasure of living only 15 minutes from LABD and we were able to call and bother Wendy on a weekly basis to visit Fred and see her operation. We were always welcome into her home. These dogs are raised with love by her and her whole family, especially her young daughter. They are use to children and pets when they are brought home. Wendy is full of information on raising your dog if you need it and she believes in proper breedings. When she says she loves her dogs she really means it, they are her and her daughters babies. If you are lucky enough to visit her you can also meet all her other dogs. They are friendly and healthy but be prepared for Trooper, he is the size of a small cow but thinks he is a 10 lb. puppy, he is truly funny.

Thank you so much for making the whole puppy purchasing experience a great one. It took me awhile researching and locating a breeder, but in the end it was all worth it. From day one I knew that the Long's were serious and passionate about their dogs and when Wendy said to me "You will probably be sick of me by the time you pick up your puppy" needless to say I was not. She kept me up to date on a weekly basis with what was going on with Sadie. I cannot say enough good things about you guys whenever anyone asks where I got Sadie from. No matter where I bring her everyone always asks where I got her and how beautiful she is. I could call/E-mail anytime if I needed anything from an updated picture to ask what size collar to buy her for Christmas. It was a very informative and an all around great experience dealing with the Long's.

The Long Family has been great every step of the way, from picking "Luft" up and all the way through his upbringing. Wendy and her husband are always available to talk about how the puppy is doing and have always been able to help no matter what question I had and I had a lot of questions. I have never heard of anyone treated this well by their breeder. "Luft" is a perfect dog and friend. I feel everything from his friendliness to his temperment is due to the family atmosphere at the Long household and their very strict breeding protocol. I can say with 100% certainty that I will never go anywhere else to buy a dog and I would tell anyone that is looking to bring a new dog into their family, that they should call the Longs. I do not even look at it "like I bought a dog from the Long family" it is more like they allowed me to take a piece of family home with me.

The Long Family takes pride in their puppies. They updated us weekly with a picture and how the puppy was doing. I really appreciated that because I felt that bond with the puppy before I even got to see her. The Long's puppies are very healthy looking and well bred. Our puppy is good with our children and very playful. I would recommend the Longs for your next puppy because they will get a lot of love before you see your puppy and that is a good start.

First let me tell you...Rex came into our family and has been an amazing addition. He is happy, healthy & amazing puppy with energy & personality and so much love to share, it is a direct reflection of the home he came from. We took "Rex" to the vet shortly after picking him up, not because we thought there was anything wrong but because we wanted to introduce him to our local vet. While we were there they looked over the extensive paperwork you provided us with & commented on what an amazing job you had done providing us with information and ensuring that Rex had all puppy shots up to date. The vet here in NY commented that you were obviously a very dedicated breeder. They did not have to tell us though. From the second I talked to you I had a great feeling...the pictures you provided and the regular updates were wonderful as we awaited the day we could bring our new baby home. Since we have had Rex it has been wonderful to know that you are always only a phone call away. Your dedication and love for your dogs is reflective in the wonderful dogs you are bringing in to this world. We are so greatful for Rex! One of these days we will be looking to bring another pup in to our home and we would not go anywhere else to get him/her!

There is not a day that goes by where I don't hear "What a beautiful dog" or "What an amazing temperment". The Longs truly do breed beautiful, great quality dogs. They clearly take pride in what they do, and do a great job of it. Doing business with the Longs was wonderful, any questions I've had, Wendy got back to me right away. Pete is even more than what we expected, he is incredibly smart, very funny, healthy, beautiful, very well tempered, he loves our cats and he is absolutly loves the kids, which I completely credit to being raised in a family enviroment. Many people have asked where we got him, and I have given this site out over and over again. Anyone looking for a new addition, I recommend the Longs to them on a high level. Thank you so much Wendy and Jay for making Pete a part of our family. We are very happy with him, we can't even imagine what it would be like without him.

Dear Wendy & Jay,
I just wanted to thank you guys again for Hanna and all the support you gave when I got her. She has had 2 appointments with the vet and they said she is in perfect health. The only problem is I have spoiled her rotten, but I can't help it! She couldn't be a better dog. She is great with kids, adults and other dogs! Last week they weighed her and she is 22 pounds. Hey Wendy & Jay,
I just wanted to say thank you for blessing us with "Brando". You not only made the whole buying experience a pleasure. You also gave great support after the fact. Your knowledge of this breed is amazing. Brando was a handful in the beginning until you explained how he perceived his position in the household. Since talking to you and making adjustments he has been great. The kids really love him and he tolerates all the goofy things they do to him. He is about a hundred pounds now and he is rock solid. He is good with strangers and great with other dogs.
